This trailer has had only one owner. Its over all length is 38 feet. It has a 12 ft dressing room, 8 feet mid tack, two feed mangers, rear tack on the side, wider back door, hay rack, stud divider,drop down windows on front, back, and rear door, and walk thru doors on the inside. It needs to be acid washed, a new a-c, and a new bumper on the back. It is has recently been rewired, new tires, and berrings packed. The inside is very clean and looks new. It pulls GREAT When I odered this trailer I also had the nose dropped 5 ins, because we were going to finish it out ourselves, so if you were to finish this trailer out you would be able to sit up in bed without hitting your head.
